Interact Online with Intentio

Intentio Interact provides online collaboration tools provided by Intentio to store all of the information a client needs to manage the site work for their project. Interact provides the client with a desktop to manage progress of the project, along with lists of project contacts - such as regulatory agencies and design team members. It also provides design team communications, tasks and milestones with regular notes and updates, and the ability to view progress drawings, reports, and letters on demand without making e-mail requests and waiting for response. Notifications of changes are sent when pertinent content is added to the site. The site can also be used to manage a bidding process, with the ability to create planholder lists along with a public Q&A forum, allowing improved response time for answers that don't need a complete addendum.
