Experience also includes mixed use projects, which takes advantage of our staff's diverse background. Intentio is also experienced with serving a variety of clients, including individual developers, program managers, Real Estate Investment Trusts (REIT's), architects, contractors, attorneys, and private homeowners.
 
Civil Engineers in all industries often complete the site design work first, thereby making careful coordination with other trades difficult. Intentio takes the lead on much of the utility coordination to make sure that any necessary changes or cost savings are detected before utility construction begins.
Whatever a client's role is - in any industry - Intentio strives to provide its experience working on similar projects, including providing design schedules and potential cost/delay items.
