Mashburn Boat Storage

Intentio worked with GW Bagwell & Associates to prepare a stormwater management plan for Mashburn Boat Storage, a proposed facility in Forsyth County.  Intentio was able to use a combination of distributed site design measures to address water quality and peak flow rate concerns, which eliminated the need to construct a stormwater detention facility on the site.  This provided our client with substantial savings in construction costs and usable land.
