J. Alan Neal, P.E., CPESC, CPSWQ
President
Mr. Neal is a graduate of Southern Polytechnic State University with more than 14 years of experience working with highly reputable firms in the Land development & construction industry. Alan has broad experience in planning, design, and analysis including: utility design and analysis; stormwater/flood systems design and analysis; floodplain management consulting & permitting; residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional development; design for utility transmission line infrastructure and project management.
Mr. Neal is also a former partner of Etowah Site Services - a company that provided construction estimation, scheduling, construction consulting services, and value engineering - and a graphic designer for the firm that provided and managed the development of renderings, marketing strategies, program management, and website solutions that assured clients a clear, unified approach to project marketing, saving on both expenditures and the hassle of managing multiple consultants.
Mr. Neal is dedicated to community. He is a former member of the South Forsyth Rotary Club, a graduate of Leadership Forsyth (Class of 2008) and a member of the Lanier Jaycees. Mr. Neal is also a mentor in the Architecture, Construction, and Engineering (ACE) mentoring program in Cumming, GA.
