Iron Fence, Inc.

We were approached by the owner of Iron Fence, Inc. to prepare a set of construction documents for a new facility that would include several structures.  The site had challenging topography in addition to concerns with off-site stormwater that had to be conveyed through the site.  
Intentio prepared a set of construction documents that met the client's needs and was able to utilize some of the infrastructure (such as drives) to serve the dual purpose of acting as a dam for a stormwater detention facility.
